1. Theme​

Pages to Pixels.

Every great story begins on the pages of a book—but what if those characters stepped into our world? Pages to Pixels challenges young filmmakers to reimagine beloved literary characters in contemporary settings, giving timeless stories a fresh perspective. Imagine Cinderella choosing education and independence, or Sherlock Holmes solving cybercrimes in the digital age

   

2. Eligibility

Technical team should be from grades 8 to 12.
On screen team can be from any grades as per the requirements.

 

3. Number of Participants 

Technical team maximum 10 participants.
On screen as per the requirement. 

 

4. Submission Requirements

The maximum duration of the film should be 15 minutes.

 

5. Originality

Ensure films are original works created specifically for the festival. Use of copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Genres and Categories

As per the choice of the participant.

 

7. Language and Subtitles

Any language with English subtitles. 

 

8. Content Guidelines

Films should be appropriate for school, avoiding explicit content, violence, and offensive language.

 

9. Technical Quality

• Resolution: Full HD 1080p

• Format: MP4

• Compression: H.264

• Audio: Ensure it is clear and audible​

 

10. Submission Process

Kindly upload the movie in a drive and share the drive link to srijanfilfestival@dpsmiyapur.com with the editor rights. A Poster and Synopsis of the Short Film are also to be submitted without fail.

11. Dress Code for the Red Carpet on 12th September 2026

Most iconic appearance on the Red Carpet- (Male and Female) Appearance that has storytelling, performance and art rolled into one. ​
